Trust and Safety

Every model, creator and agency completes an identity and age verification before publishing content or receiving payouts. Documents are reviewed, and accounts that fail verification cannot operate on the platform.

Client accounts are for adults only. Creating accounts for minors, facilitating their access or simulating being underage leads to immediate termination and, where applicable, reports to the authorities.

Creators publish on their own terms: they decide what they offer, at what price and for how long. Published content can be edited or removed by its owner.

Non-consensual content, or content whose rights do not belong to the publisher, is removed and the account sanctioned. Recording or redistributing another person's content without authorization is prohibited.

Personal data is collected and processed only to operate the platform, as described in the Privacy Policy. Access to sensitive information is restricted to authorized personnel under confidentiality duties.

Chats, purchases and gifts are visible only to the people involved. The Privacy Policy details exactly what is collected and why.

Payments are processed by certified payment providers; LUKSUS does not store card numbers on its servers.

Anti-fraud controls monitor unusual purchase and payout patterns. Fraudulent payments lead to reversal, account blocking and reporting to the payment provider.

Anything that breaks the rules — profiles, content, messages or payments — can be reported from the Help Center, and every ticket is reviewed by a person.

Confirmed violations end in content removal, account suspension or permanent blocking, evidence retention and, where the law requires it, reports to the competent authorities. The full rules live in the Terms and Conditions.
